Indicative Itinerary

Day 1 – Arrival in Seoul
  • Arrival at Incheon International Airport in the morning.
  • Transfer to hotel and check-in (around noon).
  • Afternoon: Orientation walk in Myeongdong and Insadong.
  • Evening: Free time to explore around and have dinner.
  • Overnight stay: Hotel in Seoul.
Day 2 – Seoul Historic & Business District
  • Morning: Guided tour of Gyeongbokgung Palace and Bukchon Hanok Village.
  • Afternoon: Head for an industrial visit.
  • Evening: Explore Dongdaemun Design Plaza and/or Cheonggyecheon Stream.
  • Dinner at a restaurant and return to the hotel.
  • Overnight stay: Hotel in Seoul.
Day 3 – Academic Visit & Modern Seoul
  • Morning: Academic visit or workshop at the University.
  • Afternoon: Gangnam district walk.
  • Evening: Visit N Seoul Tower.
  • Overnight stay: Hotel in Seoul.
Day 4 – Industrial Visit & Travel to Busan
  • Early morning: Hotel check-out and depart for Busan by KTX (high-speed train).
  • Afternoon: Industrial visit.
  • Evening: Visit Gwangalli Beach and Busan local markets.
  • Hotel check-in at Busan hotel in the evening.
  • Overnight stay: Hotel in Busan.
Day 5 – Academic-Industrial mix in Busan
  • Morning: Industrial visit.
  • Afternoon: Visit Gamcheon Culture Village and Jagalchi Fish Market.
  • Evening: Group discussion/reflection.
  • Overnight stay: Hotel in Busan.
Day 6 – Busan to Seoul & Cultural wrap-up
  • Morning: Visit Haedong Yonggungsa Temple.
  • Midday: Hotel check-out and return to Seoul by KTX.
  • Evening: Farewell Han River cruise or group meal in Itaewon.
  • Hotel check-in at Seoul hotel in the evening.

Day 7 – Departure
  • Morning: After breakfast and check-out.
  • Free time for shopping.
  • Later transfer to Incheon International Airport for departure flight to Mumbai.
